If you care about anything other than price, you will not move here. There are roaches and bedbugs, they take days to shovel sidewalks if they do it at all, our trash has not been taken out for a week, we haven't had hot water for almost a week in the dead of winter, the office never answers calls. This place is genuinely disgusting. There are stains absolutely everywhere, people don't pick up their pets' waste. You 100% will see cockroaches and bedbugs if you move here, it is not a maybe. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the experience you described. Concerns involving pest control, hot water, grounds, trash removal, and communication are taken seriously at Summit Ridge.
Since the time of this review, significant changes have been made at our community. We have added two additional members to our office team, which has greatly improved our ability to respond to calls, emails, and resident concerns. We have also rebuilt nearly our entire maintenance team, allowing us to place a much stronger focus on work orders, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and overall property conditions.
Pest concerns are also addressed through our professional pest control provider, and we encourage residents to report any concerns directly to management so they can be properly documented, inspected, and treated as needed.
