    It's rare to find a place where you feel both comfortable and cared for, but this community nails it. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a excellent living experience. I am moving here to focus on my engineering studies. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful place.

    I moved in about a month ago and have had a great experience so far. The staff are incredibly helpful and helpful in getting things addressed as best they can. I love how quiet and peaceful the building is. Exercise facility is great.

    Sundance Apartments is honestly the best place I’ve ever lived at. The whole vibe is just really chill and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and always say hi when you see them around, which makes it feel more like home. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and everything works like it should. I love how quiet it is at night too—you can actually sleep without hearing a bunch of noise. The pool and gym are both awesome.     use. Also, the location is perfect. I’ve never had any major problems since moving in, and if something small comes up, they fix it quick. This place is way better then the last apartment I stayed at. If your looking for a nice, peaceful place to live, I definetly recommend Sundance!

    This place is amazing! They have so many things to make life more convenient like garbage chutes, a really nice fitness area, a pool, a big community room. The place is very clean and well kept too. I met a couple of the people that work there and they both were always very polite and helpful. My work is moving me farther south unfortunately, but if I need an apartment in the future this is where I'll be staying!

    Great place to live! Everyone is very kind and friendly! It is very nice to be able to go to bed at night and not hear loud music playing from the people around you. The amenities are great and always clean! The management is very friendly and available to assist with anything!

    Great place to live with excellent amenities. Management does a great job with upkeep and maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Heated garage makes it really nice in the winter.

    Move in was easy. So has everything else, from paying rent to getting maintenance. The staff was friendly and responsive. The building and grounds are well maintained. And the heated underground parking is wonderful. I would highly recommend.
