Beautiful Property!

Helpful Staff and quiet building

Best apartments ive lived at in Bismarck
April 28, 2025Sundance Apartments is honestly the best place I’ve ever lived at. The whole vibe is just really chill and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and always say hi when you see them around, which makes it feel more like home. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and everything works like it should. I love how quiet it is at night too—you can actually sleep without hearing a bunch of noise. The pool and gym are both awesome. I’ve started working out more just cause it's right there and easy to ...use. Also, the location is perfect. I’ve never had any major problems since moving in, and if something small comes up, they fix it quick. This place is way better then the last apartment I stayed at. If your looking for a nice, peaceful place to live, I definetly recommend Sundance!Property Manager Responded

Very Nice!
October 10, 2022This place is amazing! They have so many things to make life more convenient like garbage chutes, a really nice fitness area, a pool, a big community room. The place is very clean and well kept too. I met a couple of the people that work there and they both were always very polite and helpful. My work is moving me farther south unfortunately, but if I need an apartment in the future this is where I'll be staying!Property Manager Responded

Excellent place to live

Great Experience all Around
