Building poorly maintained

The kitchen and bathroom tiles were broken when I moved in and they were never repaired. The unit was not cleaned before my move-in and it was honestly very disgusting. Food crumbs and oil were covering the stove; kitchen and bathroom sinks were both dirty, not to mention the toilet. The kitchen tiles were also covered by oil and food debris and they were so poorly maintained that it was impossible to restore them to their original color. There were layers and layers of dust behind the radiators ...
and it just looks like they were never cleaned for years. During winter the radiators were often too weak to warm up the room as well because the wall of the building was probably not well insulated. It would get chilly at night but suffocatingly warm during the day. It was not easy at all to find parking because it's on a busy street. It's easy tho to get scratches on the car or get hit while parked. The only upside was its location, was easy to get to CMU. The landlord lady was friendly, but the property has just been too deteriorated to provide an okay living experience.
