I've been renting for almost a year and couldn't be happier with the management and condition of this facility. I love the in-unit washer and dryer in my little 1 BR apartment!
Everything is very well lit at night and the tall fence and limited entry makes me feel very secure. Also, it is constructed on a raised area, so I'm not that concerned about flooding even if a hurricane were to spend some time here. Much better in that regard than any of the many other
...apartment complexes that I toured before signing up for 22Hundred.
Maintenance is on top of even the smallest issues right away. One day, I noticed that there were so many contractors they were literally almost running into each other in the parking lot (a mower almost clipped the back door of the HVAC van, while a truck with carpeting pulled in next to them).
Did I mention the washer and dryer in the unit? Wow, what a difference that has made in my life. I get a free day every other week to do other things because I can multi-task laundry chores.
