poor management
August 14, 2023Since EXXPM taken over two years ago, the complex has gone down. this company cares more about generating income for there investor vs taking care of the community of residents. The pool is closed 51/93 days of summer. The management decline to repair the trash compactor instead installed green bins throughout the complex , you pay $ 30 a month for valet trash when the bin is less the 75 feet away. The car center has been out of order for 2 years. if you have a maintanece request be takes ...7-10 days for basic task.Its been 6 days of manually lifting the flapper to flush the toilet.Property Manager Responded

Just isn’t the same.
December 20, 2022The community is dirty. The trash compactor has been broken for over a year and the one dumpster only gets picked up twice a week. None of the cameras, gates or lights on the property work and crime has increased. All they do is switch management make promises and never do anything. Don’t move here. I'd recommend apartments that don't directly face the Sam Houston Parkway as it would be noisy on the balcony, but inside the soundproofing is really effective. I thought a place this nice would be far more expensive than the other places I looked at first (visited 12 other places in two days) but was surprised when I found out how affordable it was. March 21, 2022Welcome to apartment heaven! I've been renting for almost a year and couldn't be happier with the management and condition of this facility. I love the in-unit washer and dryer in my little 1 BR apartment! Everything is very well lit at night and the tall fence and limited entry makes me feel very secure. Also, it is constructed on a raised area, so I'm not that concerned about flooding even if a hurricane were to spend some time here. Much better in that regard than any of the many other ...apartment complexes that I toured before signing up for 22Hundred. Maintenance is on top of even the smallest issues right away. One day, I noticed that there were so many contractors they were literally almost running into each other in the parking lot (a mower almost clipped the back door of the HVAC van, while a truck with carpeting pulled in next to them). Did I mention the washer and dryer in the unit? Wow, what a difference that has made in my life. I get a free day every other week to do other things because I can multi-task laundry chores. December 4, 2021I have been a resident here for over 5 years. And when greystar was the management company everything was nice and clean. Ever since the new owners took over, the entire complex is filthy and disgusting. Especially near the dumpster. If it was packed outside, the former maintenance men always made sure to have it cleaned up immediately. Now it looks ridiculous because some of the residents are to lazy to put trash in the dumpster and nobody cleans it up for a few days. I can literally see the ...dumpster from my apartment. Not to mention that whoever the maintenance is, they drive way to fast in the golf carts nearly hitting my car as I was taking off. I will no longer be renewing my lease here. December 2, 2021I moved in not too long ago, the office staff are extremely professional and nice. Very helpful, always answer the phone and are very dedicated to their tenants.
