December 15, 2025The avenue responds fast to maintenance requests and are willing to be helpful. Sometimes the area is a little unsafe because we hear gunshots from our neighbors. But for the most part the avenue is great.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2025Moving in was a rocky process, none of my roommates rooms were cleaned outside of their carpet (which is a whole separate business which is the only reason it got done), kitchen cabinets were not cleaned out, "backsplash" is made of foam so theres no way that isn't unsafe and flammable. When I didn't want them to work on my roommates room when they were not moved in yet, the front office tried to make it seem as if it was my fault the rooms weren't fixed and then to take it a step further they ...tried to make it out as if im the one that destroyed their rooms and I was liable. (Keep in mind, I was never even supposed to have access to their rooms because we were told they were all gonna be locked) For clarification, they tried blaming me for scratched up door trims of dogs I did not have, dog food in bathtubs, and retainers with the PREVIOUS tenets name on the case.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2025Living at this apartment has truly been a great experience from start to finish. The community feels safe, calm, and welcoming, which has made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The staff has always been friendly, responsive, and willing to help with anything I needed, whether it was a small maintenance request or just general questions. I’ve appreciated how well-kept the property is, from the clean hallways to the grounds outside. My apartment itself has been comfortable, with everything ...working the way it should and any issues being taken care of quickly. Parking has been convenient, and the location has made daily errands and commuting simple. Overall, I’ve had very few complaints during my time living here. November 24, 2025I like the living space and the effort to change management but the maintenance is truly horrible. We went over 2 months without a washer and without A/C with no updates regardless of how much we contacted the office.
