Don't Move Here
February 18, 2018The Boardwalk used to be good apartments. I liked living here and I had few complaints. This drastically changed when construction began in the summer. Construction was only meant to last a few months but got dragged out until last month in January. The workers were cakes and broke windows and damaged tenants belonging. As of September we have not had internet. No one in the apartments has Internet and we cannot have our own anymore. It has been 5 months and every month we get told the internet ...will be working but nothing had come of it.The managers do not care about the residents and ignore our concerns. FYI--No cable and no WIFi access!!!
December 3, 2017Some apartments are not able to receive their "Free WIFI"--and since they cut all wires and cables, residents cannot even get an outside company to get WIFI or even cable (since October 2017). They've been remodelling since June 2017 and I would just suggest living somewhere else. Management does not care about residents rights at all!Reseña de Apartments.com
This place is a dump
September 25, 2017This place has gone down hill. Security is a huge issue, thefts and car break-ins all the time. roaches and mice are found around the property. Property management is pretty non-existent, they are barely in the office and can never reach them by phone and if you do they are not helpful at all.Property Manager Responded

For instance if there is a rental collection on ones credit report that is cause for a denial and if it is paid that does not guarantee approval. WORST PLACE TO LIVE
August 3, 2017This is not a place you want to leave. I have been trying to get ahold of the ladies I. The office and left my name three days ago, still have not got a response back. It's been under construction since the beginning of summer and most likely will lead into the next couple of months ! Around the construction sight there's been nails and wires just laying around. Leaving ASAP
July 22, 2017Boardwalk has terrible service! Due to construction our internet has been down since the middle of the week, and they have neglected to fix it since it is not an emergency (we checked with our provider and they confirmed this was not on their end). They will raise your rent, take your parking spaces away, offer broken washers and dryers, have construction crew dig holes into your walls and leave them that way over the weekend leaving dirt and debris in your windowsill. If you are desperate you ...can manage to live here, everyone else should look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Ok staff, horrible everything else
July 18, 2017The apartments are almost uninhabitable. Due to the massive amounts of construction, nothing is quiet, nothing is clean. The construction workers couldn't care less that they're working on a resident building, the staff also doesn't care. Parking is atrocious, and you really only get one parking spot. Problems galore with the apartments, and it usually takes a long time for them to fix seeious problems. No securiry in the parking lot either (my car's been egged 10 times along with other ...vehicles). Black mold groes along the window seals of the non renovated apartments. On top of everything they have a horrible pet policy.Property Manager Responded

We are aware that the exterior remodel was inconvenient and we informed our residents of this process in hopes that it would help prepare for what to anticipate. Now that the project is nearing the final phase we hope that you are enjoying your apartment home and the community. We do offer one guaranteed covered parking space with each apartment home. If you experience parking issues you are more than welcome to contact our office or our after hour courtesy patrol service to assist you. They are available 7 days per week. I have not received any reports about vehicles being egged, but encourage you to please notify us immediately if this happens again so that we can assist you with an incident report. Our community is extremely pet friendly. We allow both cats and dogs without weight limits and only have a handful of breed restrictions.
