Tries to get over on people
January 24, 2023cars has been broken into here, they have no cameras to watch for thieves, will charge you extra on rent for anything, the people in the office are very rude. they have rats, roaches. they will charge for someone to spray your apartment and you will be charged every month for it but no one ever comes to spray at all.Property Manager Responded

Don't Do It
April 6, 2022I have been without heat/air for about 6 weeks now. THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE AT ALL. During this time of the year, the weather is all over the place; we definitely needed both heat & air during this time. 80 degrees today & not a word from them. Called about a portable unit,no response. MOLD is a problem as well. It has been an extremely lengthy process to get that taken care of, & we're still no closer to a solution there either.Property Manager Responded

Don't not waste your time living here!!!
June 15, 2021Been living here for four years and everything is falling apart. You can't get in contact with anyone when there's an emergency. There will be leakage in the ceiling, pest are everywhere, A/C will go out and everything is out of date. I understand you pay for what you get but what I'm paying should be more then what I'm getting and I'm getting crap!Property Manager Responded

Not the best place
November 25, 2018I’ve lived here for about two years and I can’t wait to move out. The first couple of months were fine. Maintenance would come almost as soon as you called and put in a work order. After a while they either didn’t come or wouldn’t come for over a week. The AC breaks all the time, they don’t enforce picking up after your dog, the carpets are not in the best shape, and there is always trash outside. This place is also NOT SAFE. Recently there has been 2 shootings. If you want to live somewhere ...that cares about their apartments, their residents, and is safe, do not choose Stone Haven Apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 16, 2018I came into Stone Haven this morning and the property manager Tabatha greeted me and was super bubbly not too many managers would be the 1st you come in contact with, she sat down with me and took the time answering all my questions and also since she didn't have anything to show in the size I wanted she showed me a 3D tour and showed me how the apartment would be set up different.
