I enjoyed living here for the time that I did (15 months) staff changed about 3-4 times during the time I lived here and they have always been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always on site and quick to show up and fix any issue. I rarely saw bugs, and was only if something was left out. My boyfriend and I both work from home on the computer and what we do is sometimes very loud and late at night and I never once received a noise complaint. Air condition always worked incredibly (we

The apartments are super close to everything we ever needed: grocery store, nail salon, mexican food, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, cvs. There is AT&T fiber internet for a really good price (1000 up/1000 down). Amazon prime now is available here so you can order anything you need even groceries to come at any time during the day at your convenience. Smokey jacks bbq and Frontera were our favorite places to eat that are walking distance :). Rent is very cheap for how large our 1 bed 1 br apartment was. My only complaint is that no one in the office ever answered the phone, you have to go in if you need anything or have a question. If the office is closed you’re screwed. My packages have gotten lost there a few times but it was not too often. Everyone in the community pretty much keeps to themselves, but they are friendly if you smile or say hi. There are a lot of kids and the pool is always a hot spot. The new apartment I live at I am in love with but the staff here has made me realize how amazing the staff really was at Woodland Ridge.
