It is a family friendly theme park located 16 miles east of downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Stone Mountain Park is five square miles of tons fun. The park offers shopping in Crossroads a 1870's town, a family adventure course, Summit Skyride - a high speed Swiss cable car, Antebellum Plantation and Farmyard, and a Scenic Railroad. There is so much to do that children and adults will both find plenty of adventure to peak their interest. There is even lodging and camping available in the park if you come from far and wide for a little of the fun. The Evergreen Marriott Resort and Conference Center and the Marriott Stone Mountain Inn both provide deluxe accommodations. The Stone mountain Campground with tent sites and full hook-up sites is ready for even the most inexperienced of campers. All year round they have special family packages like the online offer of $99.00 for four adventure passes and four meal tickets. If you want a one-day adventure Pass you pay $25.00 for one adult, children ages 3-11 $20.00, Senior/ Military $22.00, and Twilight Rate(ages 3 and up) $15.00. Hours are 6:00AM to Midnight.
