Being in the heart of downtown means everything is at your doorstep. Within a short walk, I have access to: • Grocery Heaven: Trader Joe’s, Smiths, and Whole Foods are all ...right there. • Commuter’s Dream: The train station is just a stone's throw away, making travel a breeze. World-Class Maintenance The maintenance team is the backbone of this building. Led by Raul and assisted by Robert, they provide 24/7 support that is genuinely unmatched. No matter the hour, they show up with a great attitude and get the job done right the first time. It provides such peace of mind knowing the building is in such capable hands. Professional & Friendly Management The leasing office is just as impressive. Janessa V. leads a fantastic team, and Georgina is always incredibly helpful and welcoming. July 11, 2024The Essex has the best facilities and location out of 250 apartments I looked at in Salt Lake City. I am more then satisfied with my apartment as the layout is unique yet preferred to a traditional layout. I would recommend the Essex to anyone who wants a great location, great facilities, and great housing. Side note: the food around here is incredible.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2024Good place to live love the location. Management is always willing to help and continue to make me feel valued. That being said it’s expensive. There are a lot of fees like common room electricity, pets control, etc that adds up fast. Overall good place if you can afford it.Property Manager Responded

Great amenities and location
