Being in the heart of downtown means everything is at your doorstep. Within a short walk, I have access to: • Grocery Heaven: Trader Joe’s, Smiths, and Whole Foods are all ...right there. • Commuter’s Dream: The train station is just a stone's throw away, making travel a breeze. World-Class Maintenance The maintenance team is the backbone of this building. Led by Raul and assisted by Robert, they provide 24/7 support that is genuinely unmatched. No matter the hour, they show up with a great attitude and get the job done right the first time. It provides such peace of mind knowing the building is in such capable hands. Professional & Friendly Management The leasing office is just as impressive. Janessa V. leads a fantastic team, and Georgina is always incredibly helpful and welcoming. I am more then satisfied with my apartment as the layout is unique yet preferred to a traditional layout.
