July 17, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comWe already knew their downtown location near historical Murphy Street would be great for our family, but we truly feel The Flats Cityline has a dream team in the office that's a primary reason it's such a fantastic place to live!! Trevar and Molly promptly and professionally answered all of our questions and convinced us this community was a perfect match for our needs. They created a super smooth move-in process, the unit is absolutely gorgeous and our beautiful building is impeccably ...maintained. Repair request was quick and easy, and maintenance staff was friendly, fast and efficient. Neighbors are respectful and kind, and it's exciting to watch the downtown landscapes being reimagined. We count our blessings every day that we found The Flats but especially for all the incredible people in the office & staff who really make living here a dream come true -- Thank you Trevar, Molly and Flats Team!!!!!! Worst experience! Avoid this place!!!
June 12, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have lived in the flats of Cityline for one year, and this is the worst experience I ever had. There are construction works all around the building (350 and 345 W McKinely Ave) which is VERY noisy and lots of dust. It starts as early as 7 am and lasts all day long. It is expected to last for a few years as I heard from the workers. Also construction works are on going on the ground floor of all the three buildings and it is extremely noisy. Besides, when we moved out we hired some professionals ...to clean the apt and made it very clean. But still the flats charged us $300 cleaning fee +$200 painting fee +$150 carpet cleaning fee (and our apartment doesn’t even have a carpet at all!) The locker screen was always broken during the time we lived in there, so we had to go outside of the building to pick up our deliveries. Our packages are also always sent to another building because the delivery people can’t enter our building when the locker is broken. Our community is in the heart of Sunnyvale, where a lot of exciting growth and new developments are happening. Our team makes sure to communicate about activity around the community with prospective residents, and there is also information about construction in our lease. Construction ends daily at 5 PM, so our residents can have a relaxing evening. We did offer alternatives for relocation within the community, and we are sorry if this was ever disruptive.We wish we could have done more, and we want to thank you for your time with us.
