Henderson and Webb front office works hard. At pleasing and helping their residents. The maintenance team is strong and knowledgeable. They always handling issues on point. When tasks are out of reach they find any way possible to resolve problems.

Whoever is in charge; or maybe they just got new techs. These guys know their stuff. I live here in 2017-18 and could barely get a filter changed. Now, this team is doing an awesome job. Every work order I’ve put in since being back has been taken care of, PROPERLY, and in a timely fashion. Great job guys. I really appreciate you all. - Ms. Penn

For the most, I find that the maintenance staff is very good; knowledgeable and experienced. Recently, there has been a water leakage from the air conditioning vent in the hallway. Mark came out, checked the issue and fixed it. A few weeks later, the leakage started again. Someone came out and fixed it again. Yesterday, it started leaking again. Then it stopped. I have not called again, but I will. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I love the floor plan of the apartments, with the Breakfast bar, and I have a Balcony that I can sit out on, and put my flower out there. Glad to know we have Security.

Very nice apartment to come home to after a long day at work...very minimal requests for maintenance..My last request was taken care of very swiftly by the kindest gentleman who was extremely courteous and mindful. I plan to stay here for years to come!!

I am very happy with the apartment and the overall management company experience. There was a small issue with the move in date but HennWebb worked with me in a professional, courteous, and mutually beneficial manner. There were also some maintenance issues upon move in, but they were all resolved within a day of each issue being reported to maintenance! Maintenance was professional, safe, and very friendly. All in all great experience with HennWebb, very satisfied with the professional ...
manner in which they conduct themselves.

I like Mountain Ridge Apartments because it is near the bus line (walking distance), a bank and several stores a few blocks away. It is within approximately 2 miles walking distance also of Giant Food, Target and a few other shops. The maintenance team has always promptly repaired my apartment and emergency maintenance has also been completed promptly which is really important.

I am in my 16th year at this apartment. I have NEVER had an issue with maintenance or problems being resolved ina timely, courteous manner. I'm a retired medical professional and if these apartments weren't nice, I would NOT be here for all these years! The grounds maintenance is regular and very nice. High 5 Hendersen-Webb ! ;-))

Aparments are okay if you have good neighbors. We are being harrassed with complaints of our service dog barking continuously when we keep a camera in our apartment to keep an eye on him when we arent home and have been home because of covid. Maintenance takes forever. Toilet started leaking and it took the 3 days to respond. Other maintenance calls have resulted in replacing a lightswitch. Took litterally all day to do a 30 minute job. The price is good, but management isnt the best.
