    I love how there are pop up events and other gatherings at our building. The staff is friendly and welcoming and goes out of their way to help you. Whenever I place a service request, the turnaround is prompt and swift. I just have a complaint that there are constant elevator concerns. Otherwise the building is great to live in and they do everything to keep it clean internally and externally. We also have great amenities here.

    Poor email/phone responses. Front of the building cobble stone is irregular and hard for handicapped to walk on. Parking garage should be illuminated brighter.

    The elevator #2 was out way too long for the amount of people and dogs it needs to handle. I hope now that it's finally fixed after many months it stays working. The only other complaints have is there is never enough hot water in the shower. In The sinks there is always very hot water but the shower is at best Luke warm.

    Still wrongly being charged for renter's insurance with no resolution. Constant issues with billing. The front office is slow to respond, if there is even a response at all.

    We are entering Fall 2025, the new lobby ,etc is being worked on. Buzzuto needs to clear the pool out and cover the lounges for the winter, they have been relaxed about that. We all look forward to a new and beautiful renovation of the main floor.

    I think the staff is doing a wonderful job maintaining the building. The cleaning staff is wonderful which is of upmost importance. The concierge is always very helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to respond. I do believe the constant moving services whether in or out of the building has made the building look worn. Looking forward to the upgrade which is happening now on the first floor and hope residents take care and pride with these new improvements!

    It is nice to hear renovations are coming. As an older building we have to keep up with all the amenities new buildings are offering. I do believe some of the rules management has have been overlooked and can lead to problems. This needs to be corrected !
