February 14, 2026I love how there are pop up events and other gatherings at our building. The staff is friendly and welcoming and goes out of their way to help you. Whenever I place a service request, the turnaround is prompt and swift. I just have a complaint that there are constant elevator concerns. Otherwise the building is great to live in and they do everything to keep it clean internally and externally. We also have great amenities here.Property Manager Responded

Regarding the cobblestone at the front of the community, this area is currently in the process of being addressed. January 9, 2026The elevator #2 was out way too long for the amount of people and dogs it needs to handle. I hope now that it's finally fixed after many months it stays working. The only other complaints have is there is never enough hot water in the shower. In The sinks there is always very hot water but the shower is at best Luke warm.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025I think the staff is doing a wonderful job maintaining the building. The cleaning staff is wonderful which is of upmost importance. The concierge is always very helpful and the maintenance staff is quick to respond. I do believe the constant moving services whether in or out of the building has made the building look worn.
