We lived here for 2 years and I am disappointed and would not recommend these apartments unless it's the only choice you have. Both of the summers, our ac worked very poorly, the first summer we called them almost every other week and they would come, look at it, sometimes put some more Freon but never actually fix the problem. If the ac stopped working on a weekend, they made us wait until Monday even though we have 2 small children and summers in Oklahoma are ridiculously hot. There were
...roaches, they never fixed the problem, we had mice, and all the staff said was "all the apartments are having that issue" so we set out traps ourselves. If you are a non smoker, then definitely don't come to these apartments, they stink so bad like cigarettes. Our contract was up in August, they made us pay for all of August even though we moved out on the first. We went ahead and paid so that we don't get sent to collections. We didn't want that on our name, and on top of that, they charged us for all of Augusts water bill, even though we no longer lived there. And fined us for taking the electricity off of our name before the 31st. Not only do we not get our deposit back, they found a hundred things "wrong" to fine us with. Pathetic place. We kept the place very clean, the carpet looked as good when we left as it did when we moved in. Even the maintenance guys would tell us that we have one of the cleanest apartments that they have been in. No matter how clean you leave the apartment when you move out, they find ridiculous things to charge you for. Just unbelievable. If you can afford to live in a nicer apartment, please do. All they care about is money.
