April 23, 2025We're Back! We moved out 2 years ago to move into a senior housing. We regretted moving and didn't realize how amazing the staff at Greens of Bedford are. The management and maintenance are kind and helpful. This is a great community to live in. Not all apartment complexes are great, but this one is top notch.Property Manager Responded

just moved in..
July 14, 2019i just moved in two days ago first night we had roaches everywhere and by the second day/night we found probably over 100 roaches... we notified the office and they said they can’t do anything until the weekdays which is understandable! they’re paying for us to stay in a hotel until the bomb the apartment we already moved our stuff into.. we signed our lease before moving in and so now we’re stuck here for 6 months in a roach infested apartment. roaches are hard to get rid of and i don’t believe ...they’re going to be able to do it.. they’ve been very nice and patient with us and as helpful as they can be so i really appreciate that. i just wish they would’ve inspected more before having us move in.. and the model they showed was perfect! the apartment we moved into was dented up everywhere some cabinets wouldn’t close the closet sliding door is really hard to close and comes off the track.. and there holes in the floor in certain spots you walk. there’s no lights in the living room or any of the rooms only in the closets and one ceiling fan over the dining room part.. they aren’t the worst of apartments but if you want to live here make sure to request a walk through of the available apartment !Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Ridiculous
September 1, 2017We lived here for 2 years and I am disappointed and would not recommend these apartments unless it's the only choice you have. Both of the summers, our ac worked very poorly, the first summer we called them almost every other week and they would come, look at it, sometimes put some more Freon but never actually fix the problem. If the ac stopped working on a weekend, they made us wait until Monday even though we have 2 small children and summers in Oklahoma are ridiculously hot. There were ...roaches, they never fixed the problem, we had mice, and all the staff said was "all the apartments are having that issue" so we set out traps ourselves. If you are a non smoker, then definitely don't come to these apartments, they stink so bad like cigarettes. Our contract was up in August, they made us pay for all of August even though we moved out on the first. We went ahead and paid so that we don't get sent to collections. We didn't want that on our name, and on top of that, they charged us for all of Augusts water bill, even though we no longer lived there. And fined us for taking the electricity off of our name before the 31st. Not only do we not get our deposit back, they found a hundred things "wrong" to fine us with. Pathetic place. We kept the place very clean, the carpet looked as good when we left as it did when we moved in. Even the maintenance guys would tell us that we have one of the cleanest apartments that they have been in. No matter how clean you leave the apartment when you move out, they find ridiculous things to charge you for. Just unbelievable. If you can afford to live in a nicer apartment, please do. Good place for the price
October 21, 2015I lived here from 2013-2014. It was a good place for the short time I was there. There are some issues with parking and holes, but all in all it was ok. Updates for the windows and insulation would be great!Review from Apartments.com
Too expensive for what it is
August 19, 2015Some apartments have been updated. Some not. There is no insulation and the windows are extremely old, causing wind, rain, and snow to come inside! The air conditioner units are very old and can't keep up with temps over 80°, which in OK is not good.. The whole property needs an upgrade on the outside, paint, etc.. The parking lots are full of large holes, yet instead of repaving them, they just repaint the parking lines every year, and SOME of the holes get some patch mix thrown in (that cones ...out within a month) but most don't. Yet they put in a dog park, complete with obstacles. Which, while pretty cool, there are many major improvements that shouldve been done first. The priorities here are severely skewed. Good Staff
August 11, 2015The community is really quiet. I have lived there for a year now and will be renewing my lease. The office staff especially the property manager Kenia, she is very good with communication and any issues that may arise.
