I have been here since 2016, this complex is on its 3rd owner since 2016, about a month ago the county code officers came and did a mandatory inspection on all the units, due to numerous complaints to fair employment and housing. When i first moved here it was great other than one man being stabbed and killed in the laundry room (left side one not right) and a few homeless sleeping in the parking lot.. ...wall ac and heater in the apartments cuz it cost more to run and is not effective, like for example today is 100 degrees outside and i have had my ac running since 6 this morning and my apartment is still 80 degrees inside. Vanessa was the old apartment manager, she was good about getting things taken care of however her bosses would only let her do so much... about 5 months ago i started seeing a ton of roaches outside in the parking lot, i assumed they were Beatles or something , but about 3 months ago i started seeing them everywhere! on the stairs, neighbors doors, ac units and even the walls. my apartment and all my items now have roaches, they keep sending people to spray and it isnt effective it just making my unit smell like chemicals.. this review is honest and not ment to bash managment, however if u have children especially babies i would not advise renting here, roaches are filthy and the chemicals they use to attempt to rid them are very harmful. In my 3 years here i met several neighbors and 8 out of 10 of them suffer from extreme roaches in there unit.
