After having a horrible experience with an Irvine Company Apartment complex, this community is a breathe of fresh air!
It's quiet, the neighbors are friendly - but not intrusive, the rent is extremely fair, the staff is wonderful, the grounds are well maintained, and they except all sized pets.
The ONLY downside is parking, but they are currently working on that. Some residents have large commercial vans and trucks that they should NOT be taking up parking spaces with, but I think the staff is
...going to start cracking down on them more. They really should be more considerate and park those giant vehicles on the street parking. They make it difficult for the residents with average sized vehicles to park, as well as their XL cabs hanging over the grassy areas making it not able to be cut and maintained. This is just a small annoyance though.
The maintenance staff is amazing. They're super friendly and are always willing to help you out with any small task or even suggestions on getting the most out of your apartment.
If you're looking for something in this area, I would definitely check them out! They're just as clean and updated as an Irvine Company complex, but they're filled with great people willing to work with you and make you a happy resident and neighbor.
