HUGH SHOUT OUT to Andrew and Brandy!!!
June 11, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comI recently had maintenance in my apartment that has enhanced my level of safety. While work that was completed met all my expectations it was the level of customer service that truly made the difference. Andrew and Brandy were exceptional in the speed with which they completed the task but what set them apart was the manner in which they did so with complete customer service at the forefront.

June 11, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comWhere does one begin when writing a review that really should be entitled PRAISE when it comes to the attention given to me and my home by Andrew and Brandy. I will start by focusing on Andrew and his work ethic – I can think of only one or two other people in any profession I have ever encountered, and that was long ago, that reflected the level of work ethic that Andrew demonstrated throughout the entire time he was working in my home. He not only valued how I was doing throughout the entire ...time he spent working but valued my home not as someone who was just a renter but more so as someone who owned the place. The professionalism displayed in his work, his expertise as he moved from task to task, and his willingness to allow me to watch and ask questions along the way was second to none. I felt confident in everything he did within my home as it left me with a feeling that, going forward, I would not be submitting a work order to have something repaired or replaced if Andrew had worked on it. With Andrew, from the start, I was put at ease and thus made to feel very comfortable having in him in my home moving about from room to room. It is my hope that Andrew is recognized and greatly rewarded for his dedication and commitment to his work but to the level of customer service that he provides; person to person is greatly appreciated! Worst Leasing Experience Ever,Terrible Communication & Slow Maintenance
February 14, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comThis place is honestly a joke. The leasing office does absolutely nothing. They ignore calls, ignore emails, and act like helping residents is some kind of burden. If you need anything, good luck — you’ll be chasing them for weeks. Maintenance is slow and half-done. Things don’t get fixed properly, and nobody seems to care. For the amount of rent they charge, the service is embarrassing. Rating is (-10) -0/10

But the trash situation is out of control, 2 small dumpsters for 4 buildings with 8 apartments each that get emptied unpredictably. There is trash all over the ground around the dumpsters because they overflow ever other week. Now I'm sure in part this is due to the residents, but it gets difficult when the dumpster has been full for a week and you have trash that needs to go out. July 9, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comDo not live here. I NEVER write reviews, but holy cow if I can save someone else by telling them to stay far away from this place then so be it. Management is unresponsive - and charges fees without notification or explanation. Staff is never available, doesn’t call, email, or message back, and maintenance requests take on at least a month to get LOOKED at. Not to mention, the amenities were unusable the extent of my year long lease here. They are ignoring my attempts to get my deposit back and ...instead have left a list of charges I’m supposed to pay-even after clarifying with the office several times the amount left to pay. Everything that could go wrong went wrong
July 9, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comWorst year of my life living here. Staff is unresponsive and never on the phone, it took a month to have my shower even looked at. Every Upgraded appliance I had broke. They didn't even have a backup key for us so who knows where that spare key is. Don't even try the wifi! After 3 different companies came out they third one worked but was warned animals will soon chew the cables. Bonus points! Both pools have been inoperable for over a year. Rude management
June 26, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe management here is very rude, and maintenance requests have been open for over a year without resolution. When we ask for timelines to fix issues like the heater in winter and the A/C in summer, they don't respond for months and are very rude, say if you're not happy you can vacate the apartment(follow the leasing agreement for moving out early). In winter, they say they're busy with heater emergencies, and in summer, they say they're busy with A/C emergencies. Even these issues are never ...resolved. They never return the deposit and ignore your inquiries after you move out. I am not the only, I have lot of friends stay here and have the same problem. Or you can talk to atleast few people and know about them. A few months back, they emailed tenants asking for five-star ratings in exchange for entry into a prize draw. So, don't be fooled by the five-star reviews. They are just there to take money from you and show no respect.
