Solid First Apartment

My husband and I have been here a few months now and we are so pleased with the place. Our apartment fits all our needs, having the fenced in dog park for my pup is so helpful as she was used to having a yard before moving here. The only reason for 4 stars is we had some minor issues with maintenance in the first month of living here but Holly was great at helping us solve the issue and got us what we needed! We love living here! It’s mostly quiet, we rarely even hear evidence of our neighbors ...

Poor Communication

I was trying to apply to live here but there were so many hoops to jump thru. At first they were very helpful with guiding me thru the initial process of the application then things went radio silent on their end. I learned that the price that I thought I locked in went up and no one informed me of the price changes. There were multiple phone calls and emails and even double submission of requested documents but no one would follow up with me. The final email I received seemed to place the blame ...

on me but I am the one that made all the phone calls and still short 296 dollars and without an apartment. I would recommend applying in person and/or following up in person when applying. The property itself is still a nice starter apartment and reasonably priced.

Bad service and fees

So many hidden fees. They just keep add fees. And when you leave they will charge you so many fees so they can avoid pay back your deposit. I totally didn’t like their service. I recommend stay away from there traps.

I would not recommend that anyone live here after the new leasing manager. She doesn't return phone calls or emails to tenants. I applied for the rent relief funds due to my situation, which she knew about the application. Later in the month, which was the week before Thanksgiving, she serves me a 3 day eviction notice. Then I received an email that the funds will be sent to her in a form of a check. Here it is almost 2 weeks since receiving that email, she has yet to submit the funds to my rent ...

balance. I've called and emailed and I've not heard from her, just horrible. And they will move anyone into these apartments just to fill them up.

Don't believe the sells pitch. These apartments are not what they appear. I wish I could upload pictures. Bug problem. They are not replacing nothing. Alot of patch work and covering up. Not actual repairs.

Luxury living what a joke!

Just moved out of this awful place. My apartment was nothing like it was suppose to be. My appliances were all different. My refrigerator was sitting on carpet and linoleum. (Which they say is hardwood) I didn't have the cabinets over fridge. There was a huge crack in the master wall by the bathroom. The front door didn't lock correctly,looked like it had been kicked in before. I was lied to so much, it was just too much. Dog poop everywhere. The pool looked like motel 6. Too small. They closed ...

it too much. Kids always breaking something.way too many kids. Parking is awful. Way too many school buses.APPARENTLY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT LUXURY MEANS!!! THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY NOT!!!! WHO PUTS PLASTIC FLOWERS AND PLANTS AROUND THE POOL AREA!!!!!!! Spiders and bugs everywhere outside. Even found 3 snakes 2 weeks ago on the sidewalk in front of someone's door. This place just was so misleading to my family. But if you like dog poop,spiders,lots of kids, and no place to park this is for you. One more thing instead of having a clubhouse area for residents they built two one bedroom apartments connected to the office! They only care about making money. Not the residents!!! All the luxury apartments I toured recently they had gorgeous office area. Seating,tables,chairs,tv,kitchen area,computers,printers,and fax machine. Also all landscapes were real bushes,flowers,and trees.

This apartment is nice in regards to the renovations that they did, but if you enjoy insects badgering you everyday when you come home you may would like to reconsider. The apartment complex doesn't take care when it comes to pest control outside seemingly. You may also want to get a P.O. Box if you are apprehensive about the multiple mail boxes left hanging open because management isn't monitoring it. If you like untimely visits, this wouldn't be the place for you, when management hands out ...

fliers stating one date, and ends up not coming until another. This is a fairly quiet area, but there are some areas that are louder than others. The office is extremely nice, excellent-but if you want a nice play area for your children, you better take them to a park. If you are not at all interested in your outside surroundings, this may be the place for you.
