    The Lofts at Brownwood is a carefree environment of living , any problems and the staff is right on it! Location to Brownwood square , 5 minute walk is Wonderful. Having the Altrum rec center and pool right outside your door is a very big plus for us. Additional gated and night time parking lot and whole area very well lit. Sincerely , Mark R

    The Lofts at Brownwood is a wonderful place to live. After 22 years living in The Villages as a homeowner, moving into the Lofts I find that living here has improved my quality of life. As a senior citizen I don't want the maintenance responsibility I had as a homeowner. I have more time to appreciate the amenities of The Villages.

    This has become the best place for us . No worries about home maintenance. Neighbors nice building and grounds well attended. Love the view of pond and wildlife that frequents the waterway. Able to walk or golf cart to Brownwood Square and easy access to Publix and Brownwood Villages Health. Dog groomers, Salons. I could go on and on. Just a great move for us.
