Location to Brownwood square , 5 minute walk is Wonderful. Having the Altrum rec center and pool right outside your door is a very big plus for us. After 22 years living in The Villages as a homeowner, moving into the Lofts I find that living here has improved my quality of life. As a senior citizen I don't want the maintenance responsibility I had as a homeowner. I have more time to appreciate the amenities of The Villages.

Love the view of pond and wildlife that frequents the waterway. Able to walk or golf cart to Brownwood Square and easy access to Publix and Brownwood Villages Health. Dog groomers, Salons. I could go on and on. Just a great move for us.
