I lived in a smaller unit for a few years before moving to a bigger one for a few more. Mike the property Manager had always been so kind, helpful and funny. He has a great personality. Even if an issues arises, you never felt worried about discussing the manner with him. He’s very prompt to respond to your emails or phone you back. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were always resolved same or next day.

expensive area to reside in. The Monterey offers units for a really great deal. Compared to other apartments in the surrounding area.
For me, I loved the layout, cabinets, black stainless steel appliances & colors used for the units I resided in. Especially when you consider most units have their own washer/dryer or hookups which is what sold me on moving here. I prefer not to have shared laundry facilities. They also have some nice amenities like the fitness room & pool.
I had a great experience in my time spent here. I would have stayed longer but life changes and I had to move on. Hopefully the next tenants have as great of an experience as I did. :)
