The Monterey Apartments offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom luxury apartments and townhomes that are equipped with all new stainless steel appliances including flat top stoves, above-the-range microwaves, wood plank laminate flooring, cherry cabinets, custom countertops, six panel doors, modern fixtures and warm tone paint colors. The apartment style homes are equipped with stackable washer and dryers or have full size washer and dryer hookups (based upon selected style). Loved my time spent here!
June 4, 2024I lived in a smaller unit for a few years before moving to a bigger one for a few more. Mike the property Manager had always been so kind, helpful and funny. He has a great personality. Even if an issues arises, you never felt worried about discussing the manner with him. He’s very prompt to respond to your emails or phone you back. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were always resolved same or next day. Everyone has different necessities when looking for a living space. Brunswick can be an ...expensive area to reside in. The Monterey offers units for a really great deal. Compared to other apartments in the surrounding area. For me, I loved the layout, cabinets, black stainless steel appliances & colors used for the units I resided in. Especially when you consider most units have their own washer/dryer or hookups which is what sold me on moving here. I prefer not to have shared laundry facilities. They also have some nice amenities like the fitness room & pool. I had a great experience in my time spent here. I would have stayed longer but life changes and I had to move on. Hopefully the next tenants have as great of an experience as I did. :)Property Manager Responded

Friendly, calm, clean
May 3, 2022We have lived here for a year so far, the pricing is good compared to surrounding apartments. Lots of amenities, the office/maintenance are always helpful and accommodating. The apartments are spacious overall and the updated looks definitely make them feel more upscale. They keep the grounds clean and we haven’t had any problems with neighbors.Property Manager Responded

Great apartments to live in
March 5, 2021Very welcoming and comfortable to live in. The property manager is always friendly and helpful. They clean the building once a week. Maintenance is always on time, usually within the same day. Never noisy, if I’m being picky the only negative thing I can say, is sometimes you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking. Which isn’t even loud enough to inconvenience you. Amenities are great, gym is never crowded and has everything you need to get a decent workout in.Property Manager Responded

Cozy, comfy, friendly and safe environment
February 3, 2021Monterey Apartments are close to parks, churches, the library, restaurants and shopping. The best part for me is the quick response to any questions or requests that I have. I recently downsized from a condo in Twinsburg to a 2 bedroom apartment. The amenities are great but it's having a manager who listens and a maintenance crew that is professional and courteous that is the bottom line. I highly recommend the Monterey Apartments to anyone who might be downsizing or just looking for a ...comfortable home. It's dog friendly, too!Property Manager Responded

Don’t let these fake reviews fool you
November 5, 2020This place is horrible. Spend your money somewhere else. Maintenance men ride around in their golf cart all day. They don’t even do any fixes. They hire outside companies. This place is worse than East Cleveland. You’ll find a better place in cleveland than this dump. Neighbors smoke weed or cigs in the building/apartment. Great Place To Live
October 25, 2020Excellent rental property. In my two years at the Monterey, I've never had any issues with loud neighbors, maintenance or anything on the grounds. Paying rent is easy, (dropbox at the leasing office) putting in a maintenance request is straight forward and the staff is a pleasure to speak too. The leasing office was very flexible with my lease agreement after COVID hit and if I wasn't moving out of state, I'd still be renting here.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
June 29, 2020The apartment is very nice and remodeled. The property is well maintained. I do like having a full-size washer and dryer hook up in my apartment. Smokey
February 5, 2020Renovations are nice and the workout area is great! However, we do not smoke and our apartment constantly smells like smoke from neighbors two floors down. We can only imagine how units closer to them smell. Said something to management and were blatantly ignored. Not a safe environment with regards to air quality, very much aggravates my asthma on a daily basis. If air quality isn’t a concern, this is a great place!Property Manager Responded
