    Living here has been deeply frustrating. EV parking spots routinely taken by non-EVs and ADA parking & hashed areas violated by non-disabled cars, & people drive dangerously through the lot, ignoring safety. The trash room is consistently messy due to careless neighbors. Hallways often smell unpleasant or are overpowered by artificial fragrances, and dog waste is frequently left outside. Inside my apartment, the floors are buckling, water pressure is so low the shower barely works, and bedrooms ...
    remain hot unless doors are left open. Utilities come with extra fees, and we faced an unjustified rent increase. It took over a year to resolve internet issues, with management and the provider blaming each other. Trash is left in common areas, paid parking is blocked by trucks, and street noise is constant. The promised “hotel-like” soundproofing is nonexistent—I hear every step above. Bikes and strollers clutter the halls. Overall, the living conditions fall far short of what was promised.

    5 stars!!! Next to Union high School , Shahala middle school, and Ilahee elementary school. These apartments are close to Costco, Walmart, and the Oak Tree Food Trucks.

    It’s a very nice place to live. Beautiful neighborhood. And good food and shopping nearby. I would recommend this to anyone living for an upper end 1 or 2 bedroom. I enjoy being central to Camas, Vancouver, and Portland.

  • So glad I stopped in - The Oliveen Apartments in Camas, WA.

    I toured The Oliveen Apartments in Camas, WA in January 2026 and had such a great experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Melissa and Gabbi, even though my visit was a pop-in and they weren’t expecting me. Melissa was immediately ready to help, and Gabbi made sure to share extra details so I wouldn’t miss anything — especially the amenity room, where I could easily picture relaxing and playing games with my 11-year-old son. I loved the stylish interior design and color choices, ...
    and the elevators were a huge bonus for me. The property offers so many great features like a pool, EV charging stations, and plenty of parking. It’s also conveniently located near Union High School — I could even see the field from the parking lot, which I know my son would love. The apartment layouts really stood out to me. The patio space is generous, the open-concept kitchen and living area felt welcoming, and the bedrooms were nicely designed. Melissa mentioned that this is a newer property, and it definitely shows — everything felt fresh and well thought out. I also appreciated the Amazon lockers, secured entry doors, and especially the bathroom design, which I absolutely loved. As I wrapped up my tour, the staff had me laughing, and honestly, I didn’t want to leave. They clearly explained the next steps for applying whenever I’m ready — no pressure at all, which I truly appreciated. Once my lease is up, I fully plan to revisit The Oliveen and look into renting one of their two-bedroom apartment homes. This place genuinely feels like home. The location is perfect, with Costco, Walmart, and plenty of dining options nearby. I’m really glad I stopped in.

    We are happy to live here. There’s a great high school, middle school, and elementary school nearby, all with great ratings. Great placement, near Costco and all the big stores.

    I’m not too happy with the amount of discarded bulk trash that keeps piling up in the dumpster area, it needs to be addressed on a weekly pick up schedule, such an eye sore and leads to pests harboring regardless of how or who is doing the dumping, it needs to be handled and it’s been ignored for far too long.
