    The location is great with its proximity to stores and restaurants while also being distant enough that is stays relatively quiet. The maintenance staff does a great job of taking care of the grounds and are very responsive when help is needed. It’s also great having a pool on property for the summer months. My biggest complaints are still the loudness of the hallway entrance doors. This is probably mostly an issue if you have a unit directly touching those. They are loud and also resonate ...
    through the walls. You can imagine how fun that is at all hours of the night. The other problem is the ceiling insulation at least seems inadequate. I’ve met with our upstairs neighbor a few times thinking there was something excessive going on because it sounded like we were living beneath a bowling alley. In truth, I think it’s just the insulation so that even footsteps are not dampened very well. If you get a unit mid-hallway and the top floor, conditions might be about perfect.

As much as we like the property, its amenities, convenience and location, unless improvements are made in front office staff, it is unlikely we will sign a 3rd extended lease
