Smokers, not maintained, cheap shortcuts
January 2, 2020Location is great but neighbors are very loud. Kids run around looking inside windows. Dog poop everywhere, on grass, on sidewalk, on parking lot. So many chain smokers that smoke outside appartment doors so smoke travels into upstairs units. On top of that doors dont seal so smoke travels through doors as well as kitchen sink, bathroom sink, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets (I have brought this issue up with management with no follow up and no action on this matter). Wall air conditioner ...unit is small and old and is so expensive to cool appartment in summer. Heater is in hallway so it only heats up the wall and not the appartment also smells. Minor shortcuts when installing carpets (ripping up from seams) and installing light fixtures (big gaps in drywall) as well as an unsecure toilet and shower head. Seems like nothing was fixed before tenate arrival but was just painted over to look new. Outlets and plugs are all very loose and your plug will fall right out. Overall you get what you pay for but I would reconsider and read the fine print before moving in. I have lived here for a year and will not be resigning my lease.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Do not move there
June 8, 2017This place stole my money !!! I am sueing them . They claimed i lived there a month longer than I did and took out rent money . I have proof and am FILEING. They are a joke and dirty and u can't watch TV after 10 or cook anything that could be offensive to your neighbor . They charge u for everything . no back yard.no front porch. Quiet hours 10-8 . DO NOT WASTE A DIME ON THEM. NEW MANAGMENT " J" WORSE THAN LAST ONE . THIS COMPANY IS MONEY HUNGRY. AND THE PLACES ARE HOT UPSTAIRS . DOG POOP ALL ...OVER . Used to live here
September 6, 2015I would not move in here. They say they have a pool and they do not. There is a huge problem with bed bugs and cockroaches. There is a play ground but it is tiny, it doesn't even have a slide. Not really kid/pet friendly. The manager doesn't know how to run apartments. At first it might seem like a wonderful place to live right price and everything but is not. It is $975 for a 2bed 1bath but we ended up paying $1235 and we didn't have pets or anything. There are weird/suspicious people always ...wondering in and sometimes drug dealers(I believe). The kitchen is really gross it may seem good but it is not once the paint starts peeling off. July 21, 2015I have been living here for the last two years and sadly regret that I have to move out. Friendly faces that don't bother you, convinient to stores and metro, minutes away from the nationals ball park. Plenty of space on the parking lot. Gated community with 24 hour securirty.
