Technically, it’s a new property, but it feels cheap and poorly managed. The property management company (not including the on-site manager) is hands-off, with slow responses to maintenance issues, one in particular that occurred before occupancy that they were aware of that made parts of my apartment unusable for months. dog waste stations constantly overflow, and in winter, snow and ice aren’t cleared, making it incredibly unsafe. They don’t maintain the grounds—debris builds up in the parking lot, and trash accumulates on the "landscaping". Don't let the clean clubhouse fool you. The entryway and halls look dirty all the time. The common spaces are stark and unwelcoming—and they can’t even bother to put a proper size rug in the large entryways. The pool is tiny, no grills, no real outdoor communal space. It’s not the "luxury" experience they advertise. If that's what you're looking for, you won’t find it here.
