          Nice price compared to other 2 bedroom apartments, with a nice and professional front office. Maintenance requests take a long time to go through and the upkeep of the complex could be a done in a more timely manner. Have to take care of the pest control yourself as we had ants the very first day we moved in and it takes them too long to do anything about it. The apartment was not in moved in shape and made me wonder if they did anything at all to prepare the apartment for us. Dirty windows and ...
          seals, broken sliding door screen, and giant dent in our floor. Walls are very thin and the floors are squeaky, a lot of the noise from neighbors could be taken care by fixing the squeaky floors. Pet lovers welcome! Forced to pay for their trash service pick up from apartment to apartment, fair reserved parking price. Newly asphalted lot.

          This apartment complex has a management team that is completely dysfunctional. I tried to add a roommate to my lease and the management team forgot to add them. They take at least 3 weeks for any maintenance to be completed and the manager Angela is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have no intention of renewing my lease for a 3rd year.

          The apartments are very cute, I have had no problems with any neighbors thankfully just one guy who is hard of hearing and plays his TV loudly to compensate! The only problem I have noticed is roaches in my apartment which sent me into a full mental breakdown, but hopefully my roommate and I have resolved the problem enough until it can be fully resolved.
