Do not move here. They claim maintenance helps, which they do, when they feel like it. We went almost two months without AC. We still have broken tile in our bathroom, we've had to have our dryer replaced, our dishwasher replaced, our HVAC replaced, and there is still open drywall and broken closet doors in my son's bedroom.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when an air conditioning issue takes longer than expected to resolve, and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced. While the repair was ultimately dependent on our vendor receiving the necessary parts, we also experienced an additional delay when the incorrect part was initially sent. In the meantime, we did provide a portable air conditioner to help provide some relief while the repair was being completed.
Regarding the other concerns mentioned, we did replace the dryer, dishwasher, and HVAC system as needed. Appliances have a normal lifespan, and when they reach the point where replacement is necessary, we take the appropriate steps to replace them.
