May 16, 2023It's amazing how terrible the insulation in the walls are. I can hear my everything from the neighbor's children screaming at midnight everyday to snoring to even the bathroom fan being turned on. Loudest Complex Ever & Terrible Management
March 27, 2023I was assured when I first moved in that this was a quiet complex with young families and if we ever have any noise complaints not to hesitate to reach out to the leasing office. The walls are paper thin and our neighbors party and blast music every single day, to the point where I've started wearing ear plugs around the house in the daytime. When I brought this to management's attention on numerous occasions I was ignored, and then finally told that I need to "lower my expectations". DO NOT MOVE ...HERE!!!!! Property Managed by Interstate Equities - Poorly Run
October 20, 2020The new management company - Interstate Equities is poorly run. Long story short - I promptly paid the extra fees after I moved out - within a week of receiving the final bill. But they sent my account to a collections agency and they will not return any of my calls or messages. I've also sent hard copies for proof of payment but no response from the collections agency and The Preston/Interstate Equities. Disappointing
February 5, 2020This place is crap. Rats, burned down yards, trash everywhere and no trash pickup. The toilets in here don't even work! Really disappointed. The leasing office waited to tell us all of this until after I gave them the check. Don't live here!Reseña de Apartments.com
Not worth a mortgage payment
November 5, 201610 PERCENT AND MORE RENTAL INCREASES AFTER EVERY YEARLY LEASE!!! This is also done without improving the place. Corporate owners who are greedy for your money and could care less about keeping your family from becoming displaced. Managed by FPI Management Company, whom has nothing but bad reviews online and work with owners that evict tenants just because they can. Water, Garbage and Sewer charges are separate and can run anywhere from $150-$250 , each month. NOISE: Can hear lazy people ...honking their car horn inside the driving circle where it echoes and is where everyone drives and parks their cars. Neighbors who allow their patio gates to just slam shut, echoing into your bedroom where you sleep. People driving in with their music from every language blaring. SAFETY: Rarely see the supposed security in his old and noisy camaro. August 12, 2015Decent but overpriced. Apartments have an appealing outward appearance. Common areas are usually clean. Laundry facilities are adequate. The pool is very small compared to the picture on the website. No supervision as who comes in and out of the apartment area. Pool is usually crowded with many people and can be very dirty. Security patrol is offered but when I requested someone to do a security check I received an automated message indicating they were busy.Reseña de Apartments.com
Wish we did more research...
August 6, 2015We moved here because it was close to my kid's school, work and family. The deposit was very low, and I had been living with family for too long. The inside of the townhouse is ok. The outside, however just looks run down. The other tenants leave garbage all over. For what we pay for a 2 bedroom, we should be getting more. Plus, we have to pay ALL utilities. I'm not sure how I can afford to live here. I do my best but the income between my husband and I barely covers all our bills. If I could get ...out of my lease I would, so I can move across the Bay.
