  • Got more to say but 50 character limit

    The problem isn’t the maintenance or the home. ITS THE NEIGHBORS! 1) there are a group of kids that Patrol the block literally like the little rascals, there’s like 7-8 of them. Don’t be sold on the pool, those kids already claimed it as territory and will be there every single day in the summer. NO MATTER HOW EARLY U WAKE UP. I’m in my 20s but I swear you’d think I’m an old man the way when Ik they are getting out of school I rush my behind home and seal up all the doors and turn the blinds. ...
    They are constantly in the roads playing soccer, roller skating basketball, baseball, riding atvs (yes you heard me) drag racing atvs up the strips. I’ve seen them hit cars numerous times with their toy balls. “Where’s the parents” is what you may be asking, shoot I ask the same question when I see them on patrol everyday aproximately 4pm sharp. It’s even worse in the summer time (There’s no school for them so 24/7 constant terror) When the kids aren’t out causing rampage it’s my neighbors 120lb dog barking from 7am( when they leave to go to work until 7pm when they come back.) I am not exaggerating! As I type this review I am currently listening to every deep bark my walls endure. It actually inspired me to write this review. You may be asking well contact the office, I did wanna know what they said? They said “since we are pet friendly and our quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am there is technically nothing we can do. We can ask them to be a little more quiet or try and let the dog out more, or ask them to move or you could move to a different home” I stared with defeat in my eyes. Keep in mind to move away from the barking beast it cost $500 to go to a new home

She answered every single question I had, no matter how big or small, with so much patience and professionalism. You can really tell she cares about helping people and making them feel comfortable. She’s seriously the sweetest person ever, and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. If you’re considering moving here, ask for Shannon. She’s the best!

    The staff is very nice and professional. The property has a lot of open green space and the convenience for the dog is a big plus. It is close to shopping and in a safe area. The 9’ceiling, pool, clubhouse are all on my list of amenities and liveability that I’m looking for.

  • Immense problems all around

    Paper thin walls so can hear people stomping above you or tvs playing next door, office will lie to you and say they did pest control when they did not and after being caught lying they try to say it was a technical error, no one mans the pool so people play loud music all day in the summer, poor insulation (feels like the heat is constantly leaving the unit, electric bill is always high in the winter), lies about doing *extremely important yearly* fire inspection checks (was told they would ...
    reschedule since they for some reason couldn't get into my unit but 4 months later nothing happened), valet trash guy that costs $30/mo only sometimes decides to pick up your trash, so unless you can walk it to the dumpster, you'll get fined $25 for leaving it outside your front door even though it wasn't your fault it wasn't collected. And the valet trash guy will let trash bags fall off his truck so every morning you have to avoid them and it makes the place look literally trashy. Only good thing about this place is the open concept living and location. Just a bunch of liars and wasted costs otherwise.

    This is a very peaceful area no issues everyone is friendly including the office they are absolutely amazing people not including maintenance they are quick and when there is an issue there on it I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an amazing living

    I’ve had better experience with the apartment staff here than at any complex I’ve ever lived in! They are friendly, helpful, & efficient. I live in a 3 story townhome and the cost of rent for the space is amazing! The pool & gym are really nice & well maintained. The complex is overall clean, quiet, & feels very safe. Definitely has been a great experience living here!

  • Affordable luxury living that feels like home

    My family & I have lived in this townhome complex for 3 years total. We spent the first 2 years in the 2 bedroom + office townhouse and the last year in the 3 bedroom + office townhouse. We have absolutely LOVED living here. We spend our summers at the pool and my husband uses the gym every single day. Very nice equipment and facilities. When I order things online I like that they are delivered to a secure locker near the pool house where I know they will stay safe until I can get them. It’s so ...
    convenient. The staff have always been extremely responsive, friendly and helpful any time I’ve had an issue or a question. It really feels like a little neighborhood here. My daughter loves playing outside with all the kids and we even know the names of several of the residents pets lol. The complex stays very peaceful and quiet because it’s tucked away from major roads and highways - but it’s also so convenient and quick to get to May or Penn or 150th when you need to. The garage is a SUPER plus. We have 2 cars and have never even needed to park them in the garage bc there is always parking available, so we’ve used the garage for storage space and it holds a LOT. I love that in a townhome, we don’t have neighbors below or above us and they did a great job constructing this building bc I never even hear the neighbors beside us - the walls are very well insulated. Overall I’m going to be very sad to leave when we move into our newly purchased home - my 10 year old daughter actually broke down crying when she found out we were moving. She wants to stay here! She has made so many friends here. If I could purchase one of these townhomes, I absolutely would. I’ve said several times to my husband that I wish it was an option lol. This place is so safe that you can totally let your kids run around the complex and enjoy themselves. We’ve all grown very attached to this complex and the management team does an excellent job at keeping this place very high quality, clean, updated beautiful, peaceful, fun, and friendly. I have recommended this place to ALL of my friends and family in need of a place to rent and will continue to do so even after I move out. I feel very lucky to have found this place. It’s near impossible to find a 2-3 bedroom PLUS office to rent. We could have found a house, yes, but it would have been without the pool, gym, weekly landscaping and 24/7 maintenance - so in my eyes, this place is a total steal for what you get.
