    Unfortunately, our experience at The Reserve at Wescott has been very disappointing. Our apartment has had multiple issues has had multiple maintenance and health issues, including a fire ant infestation inside our baby’s room. Management, instead of showing urgency or empathy, tends to minimize residents’ concerns and delay real solutions. The maintenance team often performs incomplete or poor-quality repairs, leaving problems unresolved. Families deserve a safe and well-maintained home not ...
    excuses. We truly hope corporate reviews these situations and takes meaningful action to improve the quality of service and accountability in this community.

    Worst experience I’ve had with management in the 10 years that I have been renting and different facilities. No one talks with one another. Nothing ever gets resolved unless you call/email several days in a row. They think that mold is not an issue in the apartments where adults and young children sleep.

  • Worst and most moldy place I ever lived in

    So yeah there was a lot of BLACK MOLD in my apartment. I sent a service request so that maintenance could come look at the mold and go through the right channels to get it fixed. They looked at the black mold looked me in the face and said "it's just algae. Don't worry about it" ... Y'all. I don't get sick often. Maybe once a year. I got sick EVERY SINGLE MONTH. MULTIPLE TIMES. And I got sick worse than when I had covid. I lost so many work days because of the black mold very obviously growing ...
    in the cracks around the windows that got a lot of condensation. Speaking of condensation, the people at the office always spoke down to me and were very condescending. I never enjoyed having to talk to the office people. Also, the maintenance people were not good at their job. I'm sorry, but there were so many issues I needed maintenance for, and they never even did half of the things. The other half was shoddy work. Overall, the one star is well deserved. I can't think of a single positive thing about living there. It was dirty, uncared for, moldy, and the people who worked there were rude.
