Amazing!
November 17, 2024Everything about this community and location is amazing. I love being able to walk to have dinner and a drink at the Mexican restaurant! I’m far enough away from the city but only 3 or 4 miles away from the freeway to get wherever I need to be in 20-25 min which is great and not to mention the entire staff is amazing!Property Manager Responded

Absolutely love this place
October 24, 2024My husband and I have been here a little over a year and absolutely love it here. The grounds a maintained and the folks in the office are friendly and eager to meet every need. We have consistently experienced the best residential support services. The staff go above and beyond. Always extremely friendly and helpful. Anytime we have submitted a maintenance request, we receive a prompt response. Maintenance is quick and thorough, ensuring that we have an optimal living environment. September 12, 2024Brenda, Connie, and Cory are the best. I have been here for a few months now and have really loved living here. I love my neighbors, and feel safe here. Cory the maintenance guy has come and helped fix a couple things that needed it and he didn’t make me feel bad, and was so friendly. He was also showing my son what he was doing because my son is 3 and wants to know everything lol. I plan on being a long time resident because of the treatment we have received living here from the property ...management and maintenance! Great place to call home
August 17, 2024From maintenance to management I can't think of an apartment I'd rather live. Especially the maintenance team. They were here just last week replacing our patio door. They were very courteous and professional.Property Manager Responded

Great Community to live in
July 16, 2024This community is close enough to Columbus area for evenings out, restaurants, etc, yet far enough out from the hustle and bustle of big city living. We love it here. We even have eateries that you can walk to in the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and even if we don’t know (or remember) names we recognize everyone. We even have a dog park here for our community. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is it. Our clubhouse has a great gym for workouts and during the summer ...months, management hosts music events and food trucks.Property Manager Responded

Love this place!
April 17, 2024I must say, this complex has provided one of the best living experiences for me by far. Brenda has been a pleasure to work with from day one. Connie was super helpful throughout the application process and apartment tour process. Cory the maintenance technician has been awesome. Cory has been a major help . I had a faucet leaking and he came out the next say and replaced it. His professionalism and communication skills throughout repair process are next to none! I enjoy the floor-plan of our ...place as i find it to feel more like a house than an apartment. The vaulted ceilings really open up the apartment a lot! Brenda the manager of the complex has great communication skills letting the tenants know if there are any upcoming events, changes or updated coming our way. I have zero complaints out of the service provided by the 3 professional individuals . The only things i would change at the complex would be… MORE PARKING and a swimming pool for the kids and families to enjoy. Great Maintenance!
November 29, 2023We have lived here for a little over a year now and we love it. We really enjoy it, it is homey and convenient. But I do miss my tractor.... The maintenance department is vey fast and address any issues and they get it resolved. They do a great job!
