January 4, 2023These apartments are a complete mess now that western wealth has taken over. They take forever to fix things and when they do they make it worse. My air conditioning went from dropping a few drops to the lm cutting a hole in my ceiling and leaving it there for 2-3 weeks. When I informed them that their people left a hole their response was “oh we had no idea, we can’t fix it now but in a few weeks we can” then they come to fix it and put a hole in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WALL FOR NO REASON. I ...informed of that hole they plugged it with a plastic cover…… that’s not even the worst part about living here. They never fix anything and always have an attitude when you ask them to. Ej may be the ONLY helpful person. There’s only so much he can do but the rest of their staff is awful. Do not be fooled by these good reviews. If they were in 2021 and before then yes they were nice. Any comments after that are lies when they said this is a wonderful community! I’m so relieved my lease is up. This was the worst mistake I’ve ever made continuing to stay there for the 2 years I did. They honestly need to clean house and fire everyone and start over if they even have the competence to hire the right people.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Maybe its just my apartment...
December 4, 2022I've lived here for 4 months and I like the complex, I love the amenities, and pretty average for the price, the downfall... I got a poorly done apartment. From the moment I moved in it's been a mess... my roof leaking, my toilet overflooding, my dishwasher flooding my kitchen, my garbage disposal not working, to my AC being broken for about a month... it's been absolutely non-stop and ridiculous. Maintenance and Kay are always helpful and kind but at some point, this is getting ridiculous. Other ...than that, I feel safe in this complex (I live alone) and its close to campus but man, I wish they would run a thorough scan of their apartments before leasing to ensure future tenants are WELL taken care of.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
love everything about this place
September 3, 2022I really enjoy the atmosphere around these apartments. From the moment I came into the leasing office and Met Kay, I knew I wanted to live here. She is so friendly, and kind. She made the whole process very easy to understand, while being patient with us.. it made me already feel at home. The Neighbors are just as nice and friendly too. The Maintenance team is also very professional. With a great Management, Maintenance people, and good Neighbors, I’m glad I am living here. April 23, 2021I had such a great experience at The Rev. Ellie is the office manager and she was incredibly kind, and wonderful with my 3 year old daughter. She was completely transparent and walked me through the contract, and answered all my questions. Kat in the office was SO helpful as well answering all my questions over the phone, and has such a positive attitude all the time. Before I signed the lease, they let me see an optional rental unit, even though the team was inside working hard to finish up the ...renovation. Housekeeping and the maintenance team all greeted me warmly! You could tell the whole staff is a close family, and they made me feel so welcome. They are prompt with all my minor maintenance calls, and they do their job with the best attitude and spirit. Chris even let me borrow one of his tools so I could put together my TV set since I didn’t have any. Pete engaged in great conversation and even checked a few other minor things for me while he was there! They work so hard for all the residents, still make time to chat with you, and even help other sister properties when needed! I love the property. It is so trendy and updated! From the locked mail room, 24/7 gym, huge pool with a hot tub, grills, dog run, and long front office hours make everything so convenient! It’s a fabulous location for shopping, food, recreation, and freeway access.... and the residents are quiet, respectful and kind. All age groups! I never had any issues with finding parking, and the quality of life here is positive, relaxing and safe! The customer service is truly top of the line, you can tell they really care a lot about their residents. The best complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve already recommended it to many people looking to transition to AZ living. Signing a lease here is the best decision you’ll make. I wish I could give the property, and every staff member more than 5 stars! Every other property could take notes on how they should be running their operations...
