You need to call or make an appointment for the manager to come to the leasing office in the main building, or go to another fancy community where she is sitting. - additional security deposit - may be not so relevant for the most of people living in the States, but I have to mention it - they charged us a double deposit when I moved in in December as I don't have a history in the US. I know enough families where husband or wife joined to the lease later than the spouse, no one ever asked for additional deposit. Considering all the problems we have, I just find it ridiculous. They think I'll break something, but the fact is I don't have to do anything, everything is already bad here. - cheap paint - I don't know what type of paint they do use, but it looks cheap and has stains, mostly in the bathroom - the faucet and shower head don't fit on the wall in the bathroom - don't have a shut-off valve to block cold water in the unit - they said they cannot replace the valve as in this case they need to shut off the whole building - windows are always with condensation - no matter if were have heat on of off, its cold or hot outside - trashy surrounding - can be anything, even dirty diapers. - dirty laundry at 7201, it is almost always with somebody's poo-p in the washer, dryer or on the floor.
