Everything in this listing is a lie.
August 28, 2022The building was built in 1880, not 1935. The building has 15 units, not 25. I was LIED to about utilities being included. You have to pay all utilities yourself, despite what this lie of a listing says. Bugs everywhere, ignored maintenance requests, noise all the time, the hallways stink, etc etc etc.Reseña de Apartments.com

October 15, 2021DO NOT live here!!!!!! infested with roaches and ceiling leaks and maintenance won’t do anything about it! it took them 2 months to even get me an ac unit that i was promised in the peak of summer.. absolutely horrible! avoid gaslight properties all together. i had to break my lease because of how horrible this place was!!!Reseña de Apartments.com
