Tenants are friendly and never had any issues except my heat/ac last year. That ended up being fixed and so far everything has been chill.

Best Place in Brentwood
July 22, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comNewest Community in Brentwood has it right - nice size 2 bedroom apartment with indoor private washer & dryer included - no more trekking to the Laundromat. The Fitness Room is nice size and I no longer need my Gym Membership. There are nice events at the Pool and BBQ area, like Taco Night and events to celebrate the holidays - nice way to meet some of the other neighbors. I like that it is right along the bike trail and close to the shopping, restaurants and quick to get on the highway.Property Manager Responded

Lots of problems for a supposedly new complex.
July 21, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comOur apartment has had no AC for the past 3 months (the height of the summer). Maintenance took 2 months to come a look at it from our original phone calls. It is still not fixed. Our apartment has an infestation of ants that they also refuse to come do something about or even return my call. The leasing office is never open nor do they answer or return your calls. Save your money and get an apartment somewhere else. It is not worth the nightmare of living here.Property Manager Responded
