    Great place to live close to downtown close to grocery stores shopping and to the freeway. Very secure one way in one way out access night security. Very clean property great neighbors.

    I have been renting here for about a year and a half and its a very nice quiet apartment complex with spacious luxury apartments. Tenants are friendly and never had any issues except my heat/ac last year. That ended up being fixed and so far everything has been chill.

    Newest Community in Brentwood has it right - nice size 2 bedroom apartment with indoor private washer & dryer included - no more trekking to the Laundromat. The Fitness Room is nice size and I no longer need my Gym Membership. There are nice events at the Pool and BBQ area, like Taco Night and events to celebrate the holidays - nice way to meet some of the other neighbors. I like that it is right along the bike trail and close to the shopping, restaurants and quick to get on the highway.

  • Lots of problems for a supposedly new complex.

    Our apartment has had no AC for the past 3 months (the height of the summer). Maintenance took 2 months to come a look at it from our original phone calls. It is still not fixed. Our apartment has an infestation of ants that they also refuse to come do something about or even return my call. The leasing office is never open nor do they answer or return your calls. Save your money and get an apartment somewhere else. It is not worth the nightmare of living here.

We do want to clarify a few points: while the permanent repair to your AC was being scheduled, we placed a portable AC unit in your apartment to provide relief during the summer months. Once we were notified of the ant issue, we requested and completed service with our pest control vendor. Additionally, our leasing office is open 7 days a week, and our team is available to assist residents both in person and by phone/email.
