About The Silvergate
The Silvergate is Brentwood's newest and most modern apartments, filling a need within the community for rental housing. The Silvergate site is conveniently located at 1290 Business Center Drive in Brentwood, near the intersection of Sand Creek Road and Brentwood Boulevard. The Silvergate is a luxury apartment community consisting of 166 units in 14 buildings, plus a leasing office and recreation building which includes a common clubhouse and outdoor recreation area. Both two-bedroom and one-bedroom units will be available. The Silvergate has the largest one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in town! The apartment units have been designed to include a home office workspace area, and every unit will have access to fiber internet service. Surface parking at The Silvergate is provided in assigned covered and uncovered spaces; guest parking is also available. The Silvergate community is fully gated with state-of-the-art access control and video surveillance. A year in a half here
November 25, 2025I have been renting here for about a year and a half and its a very nice quiet apartment complex with spacious luxury apartments. Tenants are friendly and never had any issues except my heat/ac last year. That ended up being fixed and so far everything has been chill.Review from Apartments.com

Best Place in Brentwood
July 22, 2024Newest Community in Brentwood has it right - nice size 2 bedroom apartment with indoor private washer & dryer included - no more trekking to the Laundromat. The Fitness Room is nice size and I no longer need my Gym Membership. There are nice events at the Pool and BBQ area, like Taco Night and events to celebrate the holidays - nice way to meet some of the other neighbors. I like that it is right along the bike trail and close to the shopping, restaurants and quick to get on the highway.Property Manager Responded

Lots of problems for a supposedly new complex.
July 21, 2024Our apartment has had no AC for the past 3 months (the height of the summer). Maintenance took 2 months to come a look at it from our original phone calls. It is still not fixed. Our apartment has an infestation of ants that they also refuse to come do something about or even return my call. The leasing office is never open nor do they answer or return your calls. Save your money and get an apartment somewhere else. It is not worth the nightmare of living here.Property Manager Responded
