Mostly calm, if not a specific skunk smell from some buildings every once in a while. But I am also a hard of hearing grad student and don't go out much.

it hasn’t been awful, find it inappropriate that when staff is friends with residents they come in and out of apartments as they please. gabe has been the best property manager though and does a great job!

I would say charging utilities between 4 people rather than individually is pretty unfair. Rent is also pretty expensive compared to other apartments with own bedroom and bathroom.

Glad with where I’m at but unhappy with the rent raising. I am really glad the hot tubs have reopened and I hope that they stay open year round this next time so I actually get some use out of them.

The social has super nice amenities which although I often forget about are very nice to have available. One of my other favorite aspects is how quick work orders are fulfilled.

The social is one of the places I’ve ever lived. It is vastly overpriced for the amenities provided, it is not particularly close to campus, the bus was broken for about 3 months, the hot tub (which is the only good part of living here) is only on during the summer when nobody’s here, and the kitchens are so tiny you have to make a schedule with your roommates so two people aren’t in the kitchen at the same time. I will be moving out when my lease is up, and do not recommend this place.

The place is cheap and close to campus, but sometimes the people working in the office aren’t the most helpful. The shuttle also recently downsized and is almost always full/cramped now

This is an EXCELLENT choice for a student fresh out of the college dorms and wanting their own space. I truly love my apartment and it's amenities. The staff are generally pleasant and very understanding, and I really enjoy events put on in the club house.
