May 3, 2026I would say charging utilities between 4 people rather than individually is pretty unfair. Rent is also pretty expensive compared to other apartments with own bedroom and bathroom.Property Manager Responded

February 28, 2026The social is one of the places I’ve ever lived. It is vastly overpriced for the amenities provided, it is not particularly close to campus, the bus was broken for about 3 months, the hot tub (which is the only good part of living here) is only on during the summer when nobody’s here, and the kitchens are so tiny you have to make a schedule with your roommates so two people aren’t in the kitchen at the same time. I will be moving out when my lease is up, and do not recommend this place.Property Manager Responded
