February 28, 2026The social is one of the places I’ve ever lived. It is vastly overpriced for the amenities provided, it is not particularly close to campus, the bus was broken for about 3 months, the hot tub (which is the only good part of living here) is only on during the summer when nobody’s here, and the kitchens are so tiny you have to make a schedule with your roommates so two people aren’t in the kitchen at the same time. I will be moving out when my lease is up, and do not recommend this place.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026Living here has been okay overall. The location is convenient, and the apartment is a decent size with enough space to feel comfortable. It’s close to shops and public transport, which makes daily life easier. On the downside, maintenance can be slow at times, and the building can get noisy, especially from neighbors. Some areas also feel a bit outdated and could use better upkeep. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either. Overall, it’s a fairly average place to live.
