January 23, 2026Living here has been okay overall. The location is convenient, and the apartment is a decent size with enough space to feel comfortable. It’s close to shops and public transport, which makes daily life easier. On the downside, maintenance can be slow at times, and the building can get noisy, especially from neighbors. Some areas also feel a bit outdated and could use better upkeep. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either. Overall, it’s a fairly average place to live. Everyone here is so fun and it’s not difficult to move in or to pay bills. one thing i will say is the amenities are always dysfunctional. our shuttle was broken down for weeks and now the hot tub isn’t working :(. but overall a great place to live!Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025I like living at The Social. It's very nice and close to campus. There are some paint chips and dents in the walls and floor, but it's an apartment complex, and they can't fix everything. I could tell they definitely don't check the rooms or clean them before you move in, because the laundry room was nasty, and there are command hooks left everywhere.Property Manager Responded
