HORRIBLE APARTMENTS
May 23, 2026 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe property suffers from significant and ongoing issues that have remained unaddressed for extended periods, including amenities that have been inaccessible for months and security gates that have been broken for over two years. Maintenance requests and resident concerns are routinely ignored, contributing to a persistent roach infestation. The trash valet service frequently fails to collect residents’ trash, yet tenants are still subject to fines for these shortcomings. Access control is ...severely lacking, allowing unauthorized and potentially dangerous individuals full entry to the complex, while enforcement of policies is inconsistent and selective. Additionally, the rear of the property is filled with accumulated trash and emits a strong, unpleasant odor. It appears that management’s primary focus is revenue collection rather than maintaining a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents. These conditions are unacceptable and have substantially diminished the quality of life for those paying rent at this property. At this time, all community amenities are open and accessible to residents with the exception of one of our 4 pools, as we are pending the fix of the emergency phoneline at the particular pool. Additionally, maintenance requests and resident concerns are not ignored; our team actively works to address service requests and communications as promptly and thoroughly as possible. We also want to clarify that there is no ongoing foul odor permeating the community, and the property is regularly monitored and maintained by our staff and service providers. Regarding your concern about the trash valet violation, we understand that you believe the notice may have been issued in error. We are happy to discuss this matter with you constructively and review the circumstances surrounding the violation to ensure it was ...handled appropriately. Our management team remains committed to maintaining a clean, and professionally managed environment for all residents. While we understand that frustrations can arise when a trash violation is issued, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that resident concerns are disregarded or that the community is being neglected. We encourage you to contact the leasing office directly so we can continue addressing your concerns in a productive and professional manner.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to major highways, shopping, and dining options, which makes day-to-day life much easier. The community itself is well-maintained and has a clean, modern feel. The amenities—especially the pool, fitness center, and common areas—are a big plus and are usually kept in good condition. It’s clear that the management team puts effort into maintaining the property. One of the ...standout aspects has been the staff. They’ve been responsive, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed maintenance. Requests are typically handled quickly, which really adds to the overall comfort of living here. Parking and noise levels have generally been manageable, though like any apartment community, it can vary depending on neighbors and time of day. December 12, 2025 - Reseña de Apartments.comI do not know where to start and when and where to finish to describe all the mismanagement, flaws, problems, issues. 1. Dog poop everywhere. Can't walk without getting dog poop on your shoes. Wind blows-dog poop smell right in your face and homes. Management needs to be strict about policy adherence. No CCTV cameras around the complex to maintain security or policy detergence. 2. Mailboxes NOT in service since before AUGUST-19-2025. Our older community had a similar situation and they got it ...repaired and fixed within a week. Please do not blame USPS. Its DEC-11-2025 mailboxes still not fixed..There are several URGENT IMPORTANT mails that fail to be delivered can cause major problems for tenants. Pictures attached. 3. High priority maintenance requests are never dealt with urgently. 4. Homeless or/and weird people keep entering from the back fences and/or the dart station. 5. Almost every tenant I have spoken to says HVAC/Filters have NEVER been cleaned. 6. Almost every room blinds are brittle or broken or weak. A slight feather touch and its in your hands. Even the patio/balcony door wood panels are all mostly cracked or broken. 7. The appliances are absolutely outdated and all requests to replace them have been refused. Even the condenser unit outside is rusted and in horrible condition. A couple tenants told me they also had the same problem-refusal of replacement - however - they noticed some tenants being privileged to get everything new. I would NOT recommend this place. In my opinion this place is absolutely an ignored junkyard. We have been through different managements, but nothing changed. June 3, 2025 - Reseña de Apartments.comI moved into my apartment at Stations at MacArthur this past Sunday, and while it’s still early to give a full review of the living experience, I’d like to share my impressions of the move-in process and the first few days in my new home. When I initially toured the complex a few months ago, it stood out significantly from the other properties I visited. Victoria, the leasing agent, was my main point of contact and played a key role in shaping my decision. From the very beginning, she was warm, ...welcoming, and informative. Although one of the units I toured at the time wasn’t yet cleaned or move-in ready, I was still able to envision the potential. The apartment layouts have a townhome-like feel, and despite the shared walls, the units are surprisingly quiet. The amenities are impressive—three pools, a gated dog run, a fully equipped gym, and a well-maintained overall atmosphere. Victoria answered all of my questions thoroughly and addressed any concerns I had, especially regarding some of the negative Google reviews. Her professionalism and reassurance made me feel confident in moving forward, and so far, that confidence has proven to be well-placed. Move-in day was smooth and straightforward. After settling in, I noticed the air conditioning wasn’t blowing strong air. I submitted a maintenance request through MELD, and to my surprise, someone arrived within an hour to resolve the issue. The responsiveness was much appreciated. A particularly thoughtful moment happened a couple of days later when I was walking my puppy near the leasing office and ran into Victoria. She invited us inside to present me with a welcome gift—a gesture that was both kind and unexpected. It’s worth noting that many of the negative reviews likely predate the new management. Transitions can be challenging, but based on my experience so far, the current team is doing an excellent job.
