NOT recommended. Absolutely HORRIBLE-UNPLEASANT experience
December 12, 2025I do not know where to start and when and where to finish to describe all the mismanagement, flaws, problems, issues. 1. Dog poop everywhere. Can't walk without getting dog poop on your shoes. Wind blows-dog poop smell right in your face and homes. Management needs to be strict about policy adherence. No CCTV cameras around the complex to maintain security or policy detergence. 2. Mailboxes NOT in service since before AUGUST-19-2025. Our older community had a similar situation and they got it ...repaired and fixed within a week. Please do not blame USPS. Its DEC-11-2025 mailboxes still not fixed..There are several URGENT IMPORTANT mails that fail to be delivered can cause major problems for tenants. Pictures attached. 3. High priority maintenance requests are never dealt with urgently. 4. Homeless or/and weird people keep entering from the back fences and/or the dart station. 5. Almost every tenant I have spoken to says HVAC/Filters have NEVER been cleaned. 6. Almost every room blinds are brittle or broken or weak. A slight feather touch and its in your hands. Even the patio/balcony door wood panels are all mostly cracked or broken. 7. The appliances are absolutely outdated and all requests to replace them have been refused. Even the condenser unit outside is rusted and in horrible condition. A couple tenants told me they also had the same problem-refusal of replacement - however - they noticed some tenants being privileged to get everything new. I would NOT recommend this place. In my opinion this place is absolutely an ignored junkyard. We have been through different managements, but nothing changed. I wonder if the corporate -HBG- knows about this.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
September 18, 2025Do NOT move here. They closed the pool 5 months ago, mail boxes are broken so you have to drive 10 mins away. Gym is dirty and barely any AC. MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL! They do not respond to service requests either which is cuteProperty Manager Responded

My Experience
June 3, 2025I moved into my apartment at Stations at MacArthur this past Sunday, and while it’s still early to give a full review of the living experience, I’d like to share my impressions of the move-in process and the first few days in my new home. When I initially toured the complex a few months ago, it stood out significantly from the other properties I visited. Victoria, the leasing agent, was my main point of contact and played a key role in shaping my decision. From the very beginning, she was warm, ...welcoming, and informative. Although one of the units I toured at the time wasn’t yet cleaned or move-in ready, I was still able to envision the potential. The apartment layouts have a townhome-like feel, and despite the shared walls, the units are surprisingly quiet. The amenities are impressive—three pools, a gated dog run, a fully equipped gym, and a well-maintained overall atmosphere. Victoria answered all of my questions thoroughly and addressed any concerns I had, especially regarding some of the negative Google reviews. Her professionalism and reassurance made me feel confident in moving forward, and so far, that confidence has proven to be well-placed. Move-in day was smooth and straightforward. After settling in, I noticed the air conditioning wasn’t blowing strong air. I submitted a maintenance request through MELD, and to my surprise, someone arrived within an hour to resolve the issue. The responsiveness was much appreciated. A particularly thoughtful moment happened a couple of days later when I was walking my puppy near the leasing office and ran into Victoria. She invited us inside to present me with a welcome gift—a gesture that was both kind and unexpected. It’s worth noting that many of the negative reviews likely predate the new management. Transitions can be challenging, but based on my experience so far, the current team is doing an excellent job. I’m genuinely happy with my decision to move into Stations at MacArthur and am in the exciting process of turning my apartment into a true home.Property Manager Responded

April 18, 2025They didn't have any "move in ready" units available, so they took me on a tour and showed me 2 Units that hadn't been cleaned at all. After paying my application fee, I never received any correspondence or response regarding a Approval or Denial. Disappointed.Property Manager Responded

The new property management is worst
August 7, 2024the worst part is they won't help with any issues. They closed the pool for 3months saying they are low on the budget this year as they recently bought this property with a huge budget. they wont respond to any service request also.Property Manager Responded

i am currently renting at 2387
June 15, 2024I joined in APT-2387 , my apartment not at all good.. Mat is not clean/rough used , Dryer is not working, Oven is not working,Fan broken, etc.., i complained multiple times to leasing office, maintenance is worst. they dont even reply.Property Manager Responded

Worst Management I have seen
April 20, 2024This place is not maintained well at all! The office does not follow up. They do not answer their phones. The property manager thinks she is the CEO of Microsoft. She responds and talks as if the tenants are crap! they are always goofing around. The landscapes are not taken care of and the property is a mess with all sorts of bugs and insects. We made a mistake renting here. we CANNOT wait for our lease to END!Property Manager Responded

This place is not livable
April 7, 2023There are roaches in the garage coming in from cracks in the stairwell. Gnats are flying on my face when I'm on the computer. There is a serious draft coming from the windows and doors, so it's freezing in the winter. When it rains hard, the first floor leaks. I feel alone, because maintenance does not fix the problem instead they close the ticket. Sometimes I will not have electricity or water with no prior notice. What takes the cake was no internet, because rats in the attic chewed up the ...cable. I give up.Property Manager Responded

Dont' rent here
April 3, 2023- tickets get closed and no visit from maintenance who spend all day cleaning a pool in the winter only to be covered with leaves the next day - stock up on bug defense for gnats, ants, roaches, fleas, crane flies, have yet to see paid monthly pest control services - squirrels on rooftops - trash bags seen throughout complex - dead landscape - water shut off every couple of weeks - exterior doors are not sealed from bugs/heat/cold due to poor foundation - hidden charges for washer/dryer - painted ...cabinets does not equal luxury - original AC units almost 30 years old Don't be fooled by the ornate office or model. Don’t rent here!
March 18, 2023If you are looking for a place to call home, skip this place. We have lived here for 2 years. Constant issues with the pools being closed, issues with ants and cockroaches even though you pay a monthly pest control fee. Had foundation issues since the moment we moved in. Multiple emails and visits to the office. Nothing was ever done. Pieces of sheet rock are little falling in our living room, and we have a 7 month old baby.
