July 1, 2022I called three times asking about their availability, spoke to three different people, and got three different answers: August 28, July 6, and September 7. This is unreasonable that their staff can't answer the same simple question. If you need any stability please don't bother with the Sterling.Property Manager Responded

AMAZING staff and Great property!
June 17, 2021My boyfriend and I had been searching for an apartment for when he returned from deployment for a few months. After reaching out to several places, receiving sub-par customer service from other apartment communities if any response at all, we landed here at The Sterling. It was one of the top on our list and we got a very quick response from Tosh, who has been nothing short of AMAZING to work with. She has been incredibly understanding of our situation and we are so grateful for all the work she ...has put in to secure his new home! We knew very quickly we didn't want to go anywhere else. This property is great
February 2, 2021I recently made the Sterling my home and I am enjoying every minute of it. Its small and cozy PERFECT for two person family. Management and maintenance are excellent. I thought that I was going to dislike not having a washer and dryer in home but I LUCKED up and and I am very close to the laundry unit. So no complaints.Property Manager Responded

Brand New Remodeled 2 Bedroom...The best home decision I ever made.
May 14, 2018I have to first and foremost thank Venus for her wonderful hospitality. Venus went over and beyond to make sure I would be a happy resident with my picky features. I moved in with sight unseen (which I never do). Her descriptions were so vivid I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to enjoy this immaculate interior design features. Ample space, new matching hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and my best part is the bathroom. Bathroom design is like no other apartment you have seen. A ...must view apartment and lease with The Sterling Apartment Homes. Quiet and secluded community.
