I called three times asking about their availability, spoke to three different people, and got three different answers: August 28, July 6, and September 7. This is unreasonable that their staff can't answer the same simple question. If you need any stability please don't bother with the Sterling.

AMAZING staff and Great property!

My boyfriend and I had been searching for an apartment for when he returned from deployment for a few months. This property is great

I recently made the Sterling my home and I am enjoying every minute of it. Its small and cozy PERFECT for two person family. Management and maintenance are excellent. I thought that I was going to dislike not having a washer and dryer in home but I LUCKED up and and I am very close to the laundry unit. So no complaints.

Venus was amazing and helped us make a good decision. Went looking two weeks ago and everyone I tried wasn’t available today. Made an appointment yesterday and was well worth it. Loved her energy and spirit. I see good Landlord in our future.

I have to first and foremost thank Venus for her wonderful hospitality. Venus went over and beyond to make sure I would be a happy resident with my picky features. I moved in with sight unseen (which I never do). Her descriptions were so vivid I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to enjoy this immaculate interior design features.
