For one to hear my upstairs neighbors children running ALL DAY and when i call the complaint number..NOTHING HAPPENED! Property manager was very rude and very dismissive! My initial walkthrough was rushed. Then found out the apartment i moved in a guy had just recently died in that apartment... call management and it was a very dismissive answer! I will never recommend these apartment to anyone!

Yesterday, the office staff served dinner on the go at the gate and it was the perfect way to arrive home from work! We received a newsletter last week and they will be doing breakfast on the go Valentine’s Day morning! The apartments are well maintained, clean, and pretty. The community is gated and all tenants have access to a 24 hr gym, beautiful pool, fire pits, grilling areas, a play ground and an open activity area. All utilities except electricity are included in rent which is a nice bonus. This includes internet and cable tv and monthly pest control. We wanted to make sure that when downsizing was we would still have that “homey” feeling wherever we chose . I must say it was one of the BEST decisions we’ve made. The office Manager Tracy has been nothing short of AMAZING! She has always been friendly, and made sure if I had any concerns that she addressed them. I no longer live there and the rude, trashy staff has ALOT TO DO WITH WHY!!!! November 30, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe office staff are friendly, professional ! Jillian and Tracy are THE BEST!!! The apartments are very well kept and very pretty! Large and spacious! People are friendly and look out for one another. Very private location but close to town! Maintenance is prompt with any issues you may have. The grounds are kept very well, year round. Electric bills run low year round! Great place to live!
