For one to hear my upstairs neighbors children running ALL DAY and when i call the complaint number..NOTHING HAPPENED! Property manager was very rude and very dismissive! My initial walkthrough was rushed. Then found out the apartment i moved in a guy had just recently died in that apartment... call management and it was a very dismissive answer! I will never recommend these apartment to anyone!

The apartments are well maintained, clean, and pretty. The community is gated and all tenants have access to a 24 hr gym, beautiful pool, fire pits, grilling areas, a play ground and an open activity area. All utilities except electricity are included in rent which is a nice bonus. This includes internet and cable tv and monthly pest control. People are friendly and look out for one another. Very private location but close to town! Maintenance is prompt with any issues you may have. The grounds are kept very well, year round. Electric bills run low year round! Great place to live!
