Not satisfied with my stay here
July 9, 2020The apartment was not worth the money I paid monthly! For one to hear my upstairs neighbors children running ALL DAY and when i call the complaint number..NOTHING HAPPENED! Property manager was very rude and very dismissive! My initial walkthrough was rushed. Then found out the apartment i moved in a guy had just recently died in that apartment... call management and it was a very dismissive answer! I will never recommend these apartment to anyone!Review from Apartments.com

Love calling The Summits home!
February 7, 2019My husband and I moved here about a month ago and we love living here! Yesterday, the office staff served dinner on the go at the gate and it was the perfect way to arrive home from work! We received a newsletter last week and they will be doing breakfast on the go Valentine’s Day morning! Glad to call the Summits home!
January 23, 2019My husband and I recently relocated to the area from the Los Angeles, CA area. We love calling the Summits home! The apartments are well maintained, clean, and pretty. The community is gated and all tenants have access to a 24 hr gym, beautiful pool, fire pits, grilling areas, a play ground and an open activity area. All utilities except electricity are included in rent which is a nice bonus. This includes internet and cable tv and monthly pest control. The management team, Tracy and Courtney, ...are very helpful and kind. My husband and I are really glad we chose the Summits to call home, highly recommended.Property Manager Responded

Home Sweet Home
June 2, 2018My husband and I made the decision to down size in 2017. We wanted to make sure that when downsizing was we would still have that “homey” feeling wherever we chose . I must say it was one of the BEST decisions we’ve made. The office Manager Tracy has been nothing short of AMAZING! She has always been friendly, and made sure if I had any concerns that she addressed them. Last but certainly not least our Maintenance guy is always quick to fix anything that needs fixing. May 18, 2018New Office Manager is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, TRASHY people I have ever met! I no longer live there and the rude, trashy staff has ALOT TO DO WITH WHY!!!! November 30, 2017The office staff are friendly, professional ! Jillian and Tracy are THE BEST!!! The apartments are very well kept and very pretty! Large and spacious! People are friendly and look out for one another. Very private location but close to town! Maintenance is prompt with any issues you may have. The grounds are kept very well, year round. Love having extra spce
September 12, 2015I like that the bedrooms are pretty large compared to others I have seen in the past. Being on the top floor allows you to have the perks of having a vaulted ceiling in the living room/main space. The balcony is pretty spacious and having the storage room out there for all of my moving supplies is great too.
