The apartment was not worth the money I paid monthly! For one to hear my upstairs neighbors children running ALL DAY and when i call the complaint number..NOTHING HAPPENED! Property manager was very rude and very dismissive! My initial walkthrough was rushed. Then found out the apartment i moved in a guy had just recently died in that apartment... call management and it was a very dismissive answer! I will never recommend these apartment to anyone!

My husband and I moved here about a month ago and we love living here! Yesterday, the office staff served dinner on the go at the gate and it was the perfect way to arrive home from work! We received a newsletter last week and they will be doing breakfast on the go Valentine’s Day morning! I couldn’t be more grateful for the office staff and maintenance staff and everything they do to make living here the absolute BEST!

My husband and I recently relocated to the area from the Los Angeles, CA area. We love calling the Summits home! The apartments are well maintained, clean, and pretty. The community is gated and all tenants have access to a 24 hr gym, beautiful pool, fire pits, grilling areas, a play ground and an open activity area. All utilities except electricity are included in rent which is a nice bonus. This includes internet and cable tv and monthly pest control. The management team, Tracy and Courtney, ...

are very helpful and kind. My husband and I are really glad we chose the Summits to call home, highly recommended.

I must say it was one of the BEST decisions we’ve made. The office Manager Tracy has been nothing short of AMAZING!
