The Village at Broad Street Apartamentos

Everybody prior has been fired and complaints are echoed here that the employer barely pays the employee and are treated bad. Someone is stealing all the safety signs and elevator signs and so far none have been replaced. Everybody hears your neighbors because of the poorly made building. The clubhouse is off limits and the small fitness room is poorly ventilated. There is a lot to be improved however it is my opinion that improvement is not on the agenda for the investors or developer. Money and fraud however, are. They have already built another building that has been verified to be worse than this building... everything is falling apart. There is a construction site down the street with the same developer's name for yet even another complex. I'm thankful there has been no earthquakes here yet. This is a realistic reality with these apartments and should be taking into consideration.
