Such an amazing place for Seniors
March 29, 2024My mom has lived there since December 2023 and I cannot say how happy and wildly satisfied we are with the apartment, her neighbors and the manager Cookie! It is absolutely an amazing place and Cookie made the adjustment for my 82 year old dear mother seemless! It is really a family unit and not just renting an apartment in a senior village. Well managed, quiet and clean.
October 11, 2020This is a clean facility that offers privacy and comfort. The living spaces are not too big nor to small. The residents show respect toward each other. Prior to COVID-19 activities such as BINGO, line dancing, card games, bible study, music and puzzles took place on an ongoing basis. The pot lucks and birthday parties are a blast. But what makes it special is Cookie who oversees operations. She is caring and respectful to everyone. My mother considers her a true friend and real gem!Reseña de Apartments.com
I Love This Complex!
August 20, 2020The apartments and common areas are well kept. The manager, Cookie, is available to answer questions or initiate repairs quickly if needed. The residents are friendly and helpful. March 25, 2020I have been a resident of Ottawa Ridge for 9 years and I love it. I've been through three managers and Cookie has been the best of all. She goes far and beyond the call of duty. She keeps this building in tip top shape. It amazes me how she keeps things done inside and outside on routine schedule like clockwork. Dealing with over 80 residents take a thoughtful, patient and fair person like Cookie to run this facility.
